Pool Icons IE/Chino Hills is a very professional pool and landscape designer and builder. Edgar, Miguel and Javier kept us informed on the next step in the process daily. They would check in on the progress daily. Either by text or physically showing up. Sometimes staying till the end of the day. If you had any questions they would get back to you in a timely manner. They would come and remove trash that accumulated from the trades. So the job site was kept clean. They passed all city inspections first time. ***Temecula Location** We just purchased a new home and we reached out to Pool Icons Temecula for an estimate late last year (2023) to start the process. I was recommended by a friend of a friend and I'm so glad to have received his info.  Wes was super friendly, relaxed and not salesy or pushy at all.  It was such an easy and fun process going over designs and picking our finishes etc.  Wes was super responsive and flexible during the sales and proposal process as well. We started construction on our pool Feb 29, 2024 and it was complete by April 26, 2024 and every single vendor that arrived was awesome.  They all did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, etc.  Some of them did show up extra early which was hard at times but I mean it's way better than showing up late or not at all.  We did have some hiccups like any project does but we were very impressed with how they were handled.  Wes and Lee were so patient. I'm sure I got on their nerves a bit with my questions/concerns but I am truly grateful we hired them.  Wes is probably the most ethical vendor I've had the pleasure of working with.  He keeps his word and even when things come up does his best to work with you to find a solution. Lee was our onsite project manager and he was great too. Very friendly, always available to answer questions and respond to any concerns pretty quickly.  These guys work hard and even show up to do some of the work themselves. Our pool was finished within 8 weeks but honestly I think it would have been completed in 5-6 if not for the crazy rain we got.  We had them do the pool and hardscaping (concrete) for our patio and side yard.  They were able to recommend a great vendor for our landscaping and because they work together it was a pretty seamless process. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We are one month post build and absolutely in Love ! They were able to complete the whole project from demo to fill in seven weeks( would’ve been a record breaking 5 if it weren’t for rain )  Wes and Lee from Pool Icons Temecula/Murrieta are top notch ! From the start these guys didn’t hassle us with non stop calls or generic sales pitch. They guided us in building our dream pool .The contractors they use are very professional and gave us a pool beyond our imagination. They communicated very well and made sure that each step of the way we were informed and prepared for what was to come . So excited for our new summer getaway. Pool Icons built us a fantastic, spa and extensive decking on time (4 months) and budget. They were one of 5 contractors we interviewed and had one of the best prices. They did a great rendering of the pool design and started working right away. The workmanship is excellent. Adrian did an awesome job of keeping us informed on what was happening next and worked with us at every step to help us build a great pool.
